I dream of a world where marketing evolves to just be companies being good and doing good, because customers are educated enough to see what’s true, and recognize their dollars are votes.

Social Impact “Marketing”, or, as I prefer to see it, the idea of contributing as corporate citizens, and telling the positive stories of your employees and customers in an undeniable way, has an important place in the future I want to create.

The world has all the tools it needs to humanize every experience, and use the huge microphones we have for good. Unfortunately, there are a lot of shortsighted reasons to value other things above authenticity. So, whenever I can, I work with my teams to lead by example.
